The team a StoreTech+co transformed an old two story manufacturer building into a modern event planning facility with 11,000 sf.  The building was originally constructed in the 1940’s and we brought it into the current century with all new exterior windows, HVAC system, electrical service, light fixtures, ADA elevator and new flooring throughout.  We added four extra bathrooms during the renovation to meet the coding requirements.  The offices feature new acoustical ceilings and wall panels to absorb noise from one desk to another along with glass front walls with wood doors that contain glass inserts and a trim package.  The exterior of the building was furnished with brand new stucco, landscaping, irrigation system asphalt parking lot and sidewalks fit to code.
