StoreTech+co completed this brand new construction project of the pool cabanas with a 2^nd story sundeck, which incorporated all high end materials to create a luxurious environment and meet all of Loews standards. StoreTech+co had the opportunity of working with the city and historic department developing plans and obtaining approvals to move forward with the strict requirements. We enjoyed the challenge of working within the requirements alongside the Loews Hotel designer to ensure that we did not compromise any brand or product consistency and quality while also working with Miami Beach’s unique style.
